Stephen is Of Counsel to the Firm and works in the Kamas, Utah office, where he focuses on general litigation matters. He also serves as a mediator for the Salt Lake Community Action Program, and Utah Dispute Resolution's Small Claims Mediation Program. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Utah, and Wyoming.

After graduating from New York Law School, Stephen began working for a medium size litigation firm in lower Manhattan where he successfully represented developers, construction managers, contractors and insurers in civil actions arising from construction accidents and defects, premise and products liability, and insurance-coverage and contract disputes. He and his wife began vacationing in Utah during college and with each visit their desire to leave the city for Utah grew.
